The U-300 is a bench-top, frame joining machine, perfect for custom framers and sign & graphic shops. It has a compact, well constructed design will allow for many years of trouble free use. After the operator sets the front and back stops, the frame can be moved across the nail head so V-Nails can be driven or stacked anywhere along the frame joint. The V-Nails are inserted via footpad operated by pneumatic air, no electricity required. Requires a small table-top footprint: 12" x 19" x 14" (305mm x 483mm x 356mm).
The U-300 can accommodate moulding as wide as 2-38" (60mm) and as tall as 3-1/4" (80mm). Uses V-Nail sizes 3,5,7,10,12 and 15mm for SW, HW or HDF, but additional nail heads may need to by purchased (please see purchase package below).
